What's the minimum order?
All styles have a 12-piece minimum. If you're close, reach out — we can sometimes flex for existing clients or event rushes.
How is pricing calculated?
Final pricing depends on the product, quantity, decoration method, and stitch count (for embroidery). The prices listed here are MSRP starting points — your DRIVe rep will send a formal quote that includes decoration and any quantity discounts.
Do you help with artwork?
Absolutely. If you don't have production-ready artwork, our design team will create a mockup for your review. We'll optimize your logo for the decoration method before a single stitch goes down.
When do orders ship?
Most orders ship 7–14 business days after you approve the digital proof. If you're on a tight deadline — like an event or product launch — flag it on your quote and we'll fast-track where possible.
Can you drop-ship to individual recipients?
Yes. Give us a spreadsheet of names, addresses and sizes and we'll kit, label, and ship to each person individually. Perfect for employee onboarding, executive gifts, or remote teams.
